Looks like I already have my favourite new anime of the season. "With You In The Rain" is a charming show about a young lady who finds and adopts an abandoned PERFECTLY ORDINARY DOG. You can tell it's a perfectly ordinary dog because it writes signs explaining that it is.
The "Perfectly Ordinary Dog" being held in a purse and absolutely not a Tanuki with a leaf on it's head holding a sign with the kanji for Dog.
