Some heroes and vampires that I primed black and drybrushed a very light gray as I continue the gothic horror project. The heroes are 3d prints of STLs from Lost Heresy Miniatures. The female vampire is from GW and the male is from Footsore Miniatures.

The Retro Watchtower from @doctorspork.bsky.social is all printed, cured and the dry fit is great! A large printer is necessary if you want to tackle this model in resin. I used an Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra and an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro for smaller parts. You can see I cut the base into 2 pieces to print it.

Joey and I had a nice experience visiting the Illinois State Library. We met a very nice and passionate librararian. We discussed her display of banned books for some time. We saw a microfiche/microfilm reader in action as well! Librarians and libraries rock!

Had a nice time playing Tricorne: The American Revolution with my son the last two nights – at his request! Oh frabjous day!
Both nights we played Bemis Heights. We tied at 2 banners last night before calling it for bed time. Tonight I crushed him 6-0.

More progress on the mecha project. Based three smaller mecha and printed the big dude. The big dude’s base will be a 52 x 90 mm oval.
Getting some ideas together for the rules. Multiple card activation in phases, similar to Arena of Blood by Wiley Games. I’m leaning toward 5 cards per turn.

Taking a short break from the Quar. These 28mm mecha are CyberForge STLs. More to come. I’m kicking around some ideas for a dueling mecha game. Basically, any walker that’s roughly dreadnought size will work. CyberForge has *lots* of models in that size range.

Progress on What a Tractor! Printed and assembled 2 more Gwynt Aerfen tractors to bring the total to 3. I’ll prime and paint in the next week or so.
For the paint scheme, I’m leaning toward a solid OD green. That way my Royalist tractors will be monotone and the Crusaders will sport camo.

Progress on What a Tractor! Printed and assembled 2 more Gwynt Aerfen tractors to bring the total to 3. I’ll prime and paint in the next week or so.
