The Covid vax hasn’t been pulled from the market, thank goodness. The new one is available now, they just needed a few days to switch. However! In 16 states, CVS can’t give you the VAX until it’s been approved by the CDC, and Walgreens says you need a prescription when you try to make an appt.

I got retested, but my insurance wouldn’t cover it which was $$$ and then I read that it’s better that to just get the vaccine again if you’re in any doubt. It doesn’t hurt to get it again and your insurance should cover that.

I got checked too, but afterwards I read that you shouldn’t bother to get checked, insurance might not cover it, and if you’re in doubt just get revaccinated.

There were 2 buses parked outside the library on 5th Ave. 20 ft past them, 2 black cars were parked in the avenue with a man, possibly police, not in uniform. Someone asked why his cars were blocking the road, he said so the vehicles behind us can’t drive into the crowd. Saw no other police.
