This weekend's baking and making exploits. Orange shortbread biscuits with an orange-clove-vanilla icing, and some homemade peanut butter ice cream.

Soup! Homemade tomato soup with grillcheese on homemade bread.
I think tomato soup is the closest thing there is in reality to a health potion.
(Recipe is www.lifeasastrawberry.com/vegan-roaste... but for this I subbed in beef stock, added some more garlic, and some dried basil.)

Once again, a lil trip out resulted in stumbling across some unknown bit of tech. This one was in a vintage store in town. It's clearly some kind of videophone, but it's not a make or model I've been able to find referenced anywhere.

Figured it out! (Well, @ninjacat.moe did, I just confirmed it). It's a device for sending a bunch of text messages. Slot some SIM cards in, hook it up to a computer, and blast whatever junk you want out over the airwaves. Device pictured isn't the exact same make and model, but it's similar enough.

Been playing the pokemon mobile card game. Turns out they don't want you calling your deck anything with "trans" in it. Cool. Cool great good and normal.
