Just boarded the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry in Bellinham, WA. Off to Juneau for the next 75 hours or so 🫡

They should invent a world where the general public does not have to be apart of Silicon Valley vanity projects

One week from today we will be back on the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry, this time to Juneau!! 3 nights camping on a boat, followed but a week of glaciers and overnight backpacks and fishing and eating crab. At the moment I can’t find the words to express my excitement.

Mount Baker Ski Area is one of the greatest gems left in America. Not vail owned, old school style park, receives more snow than any other ski resort in the WORLD, and lift tickets are under $100. A good Washingtonian should support mount baker ski area every chance they can get.

Awesome day biking up green mountain on kitsap peninsula. The trail systems hidden back there are fantastic. I love that you can get to mountains and forest from downtown Seattle with just about 6 miles of road biking.

Due to the carbon river road being washed out, it’s now a backcountry campsite! First come, first serve. But spacious like a car campground since it used to be. I honestly think it’d be a perfect turnaround point at like 8 miles down the washed out road

I’m so down to do that one in summer or fall tho. That would be a fantastic overnight.

The carbon river road nearby there is low elevation and closed to cars at the park boundary due to a washout. With the 578 bus to Puyallup it’s about 40 miles each way!

Whenever I get a subject headline like this I completely ignore it and wait for a follow up. Nothing at any job is ever this urgent. Go fuck yourself.

A foot of powder on mount baker this weekend. It rules to have an independently owned non-vail resort within 3 hours of our city. It rules even more that it geographically exists where more snow falls than anywhere else in the USA.

Going to Red Rocks Amphitheater for the first time because Turnover is playing Peripheral Vision, one of the greatest albums of all time, in full. Incredible concept.

Stayed up too late and drank too many beers and sprained my wrist at the neumos show last night but city market and a morning commute will probably save me
