Thanks buddy! Its my first corporate job, and there's so many steps to do so much basic stuff. I'm sure there's a reason for it that I haven't grasped yet 😂 And there are lots of courses i have to do. It's just a whole lot! But I gotta keep reminding myself of all the perks.

Ha! I'd like to think so. It's a very simple existence but the best.

Thank you so much! Its my first corporate gig, so its gonna be a big adjustment, but I think i need it. I just want to get stuck into it, earn my money, and just go the hell home - which is something I cant do at my current place.

Excellent ill try and track em down. Also, I see you been watching some of those espn 30 for 30 episodes. I bloody love those.

Nah i havent. You'd recommend?

Nice! Tbh, you're not missing much with The GoGo Boys doco. From what I recall, it glazes Golan and Globus to the point that there wasn't much criticism in the way they did things. I mean, I can't really judge them too harshly because some of my favourite films are from Cannon.

Yeah i know, I own it. But still...needs to be longer i say! Did you watch the other Cannon doco called The GoGo Boys? That wasn't as good.
August 29, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Thats admirable. I love this doco. I just wish it was a few hours longer. I can only imagine some of the stories they didn't tell.

And i appreciate you. Also, how many times have you watched Electric Boogaloo? I saw you watched it again, and quite frankly, I approve of the many times your viewing of it pops up on my letterboxd.
August 29, 2025 at 11:02 PM
Yeah it definitely did! I just wish it was way longer, because you just know he's seen it all.

Out of the 5 I'd say its a tie between the Eric Roberts autobiography, Runaway Train, and The Rise and Fall of The Third Reich. Complete polar opposites.

Accurate about what you said regarding the scene length. And you were far too kind to it. But who am I to judge?
August 3, 2025 at 5:04 AM
Bored the ever-loving shit out of me. There's a 90-minute movie in there. The whole film felt empty until that last scene, but I was too fucked off for wasting my time, to even give a shit. I could go into more detail on why I didn't like it, but my life is too short.

Thanks, buddy. Im doing okay. I've been needing some solo time away from people and the podcast. A reset of the dopamine hits to my brain. So I've been immersed in my old man bubble more than usual. And it's helped! I hope you're doing well too, my friend!
