Last time we played AFC west was 2021 and we hosted KC, so this time they host us. In 2023, our extra away game was against AFC West, so we played KC as they had won their division in 2022 and we had won ours. (This year our extra away game is against AFC East, which is why we play Buffalo)

FWIW, CFP Committee had A&M 4 spots ahead of SC last week (until they lost to Auburn) even though SC beat them by 24
