There was a huge gopher in my backyard today sniffing around my new little trees and he was very condescending when I asked to go away, the look he gave me was so disdainful and rude and “try me b-word.” This is why I need a man. It feels like a man would know what to do about a mean ass gopher.

Sometimes I feel I’ll never be enough but then I go to the pool with my best friend and she shouts “BOW BOW BOW BOW BOW” when I stand up or walk by and I realize that I am, indeed, enough for the sweet people in my life 💗

I’ve gotten really good at grilling unless you count the fact that I have to go over to my neighbor’s house and give them the big Bambi eyes and ask if they’ll light it for me 🥩

I’ve really been enjoying doing squats and dead lifts barefoot when I’m at home so when I go to the gym-gym I’ve started doing them in yoga flip flops bc the floor is icky and if one more gym bro tries to tell me why I shouldn’t do that I’m going to turn around and have them argue with my ass 😤

About a year ago, a friend escaped a very abusive relationship and went incommunicado while she worked through things. Reconnected tonight at a party where she introduced me to a man who looks at her like she holds the stars in the sky. Gave me hope I can get better too 🤞
