There's just plushies here and there that are just skirting the lines of copyright to the point that I'm worrying for Makeship's legal safety. I don't want them to shut down because GameDev Macgee really likes a copyrighted character and so they made their mild edits to have it fly under the radar.

Depending on the movie or game or episode, he is either perfectly fine or he would need some sort of assistance from an item, a substance, etc. Or he just has a limited time before it gets bad.
