I can’t tell you how many apps I’ve downloaded, trying to help me drink more water. I got this cup when I started chemo… I had been the only thing to work for me 😂
Clear 1000 ml cup with times that go down the middle. Reminders to keep drinking and when to refill.

Mental health is important. In 2021, I was 295 pounds. The most I ever weighed. Today I weigh 252 pounds. I owe it all to finally seeking help with my depression and anxiety and getting a surprise ADHD diagnosis. But suddenly my whole life made sense.

I also have my own coven of cat witches living in my home. They make life very interesting. #cats

This is why I keep going. My son is an adult with disabilities. Fortunately, we live in Maryland and we have fairly good resources for adults with disabilities, not perfect in the least and there’s much to do to make improvements here. So I’ll stay to help him fight. #disability
