- Ceftriaxone: mortality benefit (NNT = 22), reduced infection rate (NNT = 4)
- Octreotide: reduced number of units of blood given. No impact on mortality, no change in rebleeding
- PPI: no reduction in mortality, re-bleeding or need for surgery #MedSky
