I'm sorry, but Obamacare (the ACA) was nothing more than a 'Rube Goldberg device' that maintained the status quo of privatized health care while making it still more burdensome to keep in many parts of the country. In many ways, it was the failure of the ACA that paved the way for the BBB.

Honestly, how do you think this will make any difference? Do you think they give a damn about our principles? Have they shown any deferrnce to the other atrocities going on? This seems more an act of fecklessness than an act of strength. Prove me wrong!

I'm sorry, but what good will that do? Will a single detainee be released? Will the GOP suddenly grow a conscious? Will we all see the error in our ways just because Etsy finally did? Give us a break!

Ms. Milano, while I completely understand the feeling, the people of ICE are a symptom, not the root problem. The people directing them (Bannon, Miller, Hohman, etc.) are the true culprits to this inhuman tragedy. Direct your righteous ire at them. If they have shame, then now is the time to see it.

1) make a spreadsheet, and gather all the info of each book, especially the ISBN, and LOC #
2) separate the books by length, heavier/bigger books to the bottom of the shelf
3) tackle it one shelf at a time, and see if there are any you can toss, gift, or sell
4) always have an empty shelf in case

What about Lou Whittaker? Where is the BBWAA in trying to make more HOF members? Why is it up to some committees to be the sole gate keepers? Shouldn't the fans have a say in it, too?

Does SUNY have a list of all alumni who've gone on to win awards such as this? I'd be interested to see what kind of star power has graduated from SUNY schools. Like which grads have gone on to win Oscars, Emmys, etc.

I'm curious if SSW has done any analysis or addressed the issue that there's been a massive transfer of wealth from younger Americans to older ones? I'm not saying that we should do away with Social Security at all, but I sense that's why younger people are skeptical about fighting to save it.

Beyond treaties, are there NGOs or multi-lateral agreements that help nations mediate trade disputes between nations? Given how intertwined trade is in the 21st century, I'd imagine there is an office in the United Nations (UN) designed for something just like this.

What are the upcoming goals and agenda of the Roosevelt Insitute for this year and the years ahead? It feels critical that organizations such as RI develop and promote a cogent plan for helping raise the standards of living in this uneasy and unsettling time.
