felling kinda conflicted about how like 60% of craft attacks on #artfight are just bead bracelets that probably took maybe 10 minutes to make yet score the same or MORE points than a full color + shaded art piece. img isnt from artfight, just an example

I had such a fun time at #FWA2025! despite the weird virtual queue fiasco and the typical elevator slowness, i had a wonderful despite it being a bit of a last minute trip! sorry to all the cool people i wasnt able to hang out with :( also, if anyone knows the manokit twins, please tag! #fursuit

they're basically just spheres with a concave front. real irises are concave, so i just mimic that. then i add another sphere on top that's barely bigger than the base eye and apply a shiny transparent material to it to give it a spherical look

very small update: i didnt realize there was a names check box for the thumbnails (its in the 4 squares icon). it helps a bit, but my thoughts on the thumbnails still stand

most blender updates tend to be really good (other than moving around menus & autosmooth) but im not a fan of this sculpt mode library thing. most of these thumbnails do a terrible job of explaining what they actually do. i really liked the unobtrusive side bar they got rid of #b3d
