It's like He's showing us how to give advice properly. With compassion, with acknowledgment of the struggle, with wisdom.

1400 years before this tradition spread among us.

These are my thoughts. Allah knows best.

But look at how He gives it. He doesn't just say "have Sabr." He acknowledges first that seeking help through Sabr and prayer is difficult. That it's a burden except for the humble.

It's a win-win. The advice giver becomes worth listening to. The advice taker actually benefits.

And سُبْحَانَ ٱللّٰه, this is where I see Allah's mercy in Surah Al-Baqarah 2:44.

From my understanding, He's not forcing us to accept advice from hypocrites. He's telling the advice givers: Work on yourself first.

We know good advice is good advice, regardless of the messenger.

But let's be real. When someone who doesn't practice what they preach tries to correct you, something inside just resists.

That 75% figure alone destroys the illusion that this is just a leadership problem. The evidence is clear. I can't argue back.

The polls: 50% of Israeli Jews support genocide in Gaza. 70-75% say there are no innocents in Gaza. Even Israeli opposition leaders admit the IDF kills children as a hobby.

Netanyahu is the longest-serving PM in Israeli history. Obnoxious, narcissistic, Jewish supremacist. Finkelstein says: that IS Israeli society. When they see him, they see themselves.

But Finkelstein disagrees. And I think of Nazi Germany. Was the majority not fine with what was done to a religious group? That's the uncomfortable truth we have to face about collective responsibility.

Netanyahu is not just terrible leadership. He is the reality of Israeli society. I wanted to believe otherwise. Look at Pakistan. We love Imran Khan yet he sits in jail. Leadership doesn't always represent the people.
