Switching between walking and running now.... I'm slowly getting into this jogging thing 🤨 but you know what's totally hilarious? Loosing wait and at one point during your run your track pants go ↘️⬇️↙️ and you've got like a second for "oh no, hold that thought!" 🙈😂

Somebody here said we will get to see #TomEllis getting his knee and low back treated, and here it is. Cutest Tom even when he’s wincing. It must have been a bit painful though. Looks like Tom was looking for a rapid pain&inflammation relief on his day off. Cr: nycryogenrvc.
