Been thinking about Pluribus. Helen’s behaviours and memories are in the hive mind. Carol could ask for the closest physical approximation to Helen and ask them to mostly display only Helen when she’s with Carol. Damn, Carol could just get the top fifty closest. Like look-a-like competition winners.

Slow cooker cowboy supper is amazing
SAUSAGE, BACON & BEAN COWBOY / SUPPER 562 CALORIES SERVES 4 16 MINS This is the furthest thing from fancy, and it instantly transports me back to my childhood. Having this with a buttery creamy mash on the side, or maybe some greens and buttered bread, is the ultimate childhood nostalgia throwback. This is a simplified version, so feel free to add some herbs, or some spice if you like heat. 8 reduced-fat regular sausages or 32 cocktail sausages 200g smoked streaky bacon rashers, roughly chopped 1 2x400g tins of chopped tomatoes 3 tbsp red pesto 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 2x 400g tins of baked beans 1 Briefly seal the sausages in a hot frying pan for a few minutes until golden, then remove to a plate and lightly crisp the bacon in the same pan. 2 Add the sausages and bacon to the slow cooker with all the other ingredients, apart from the baked beans, then add some salt and pepper and 150ml of boiling water. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. 3 For the last 30 minutes, stir in the baked beans, close the lid and heat through. SERVING NOTE: This is gorgeous with either chips or mashed potatoes. Kids will love this! PROTEIN: 309 CARBS: 459 FAT: 23g 171
