Look into poolish maybe. It’s literally equal parts Caputo Blue flour (Caputo not mandatory but recommended) and water, a little yeast and some honey. Then just time. If you really want to get into that world, start messing with Neapolitan pizzas 😎

Thanks a lot! I started the rolls from poolish, like what is used for Neapolitan pizza dough, so basically resembles sourdough.

The only reason is I know how to make pizza dough better than bread, so there might be better alternatives! These came out perfect for this dish though.
