My eBay seller has cancelled and refunded the cables for the Spectrum+ I found, and the weekend is therefore unsalvagably ruined as I'll have to make do with enjoying a regular modern videogame instead.

Probably using up the last of my luck for the year, I found this little guy at a flea market for £15 - cables not included, but hopefully arriving soon!
