The world of 'war' is incredibly complicated. There's 'military interventions' on a daily basis with no one even talking about it. There's attacks, clashes....all without formal 'war'. And that sucks :/

Thus, US is probably gonna start a range of 'attacks' without any declaration of war.

Kinda like...u know...Putin.

The 'fun' fact about this is: They aren't.
Because since only congress can decide to declare war on other countries I recently read that the Senate, with GOP majority, decided on a bill that says Congress doesn't need to give permission for 'attacks'...
