I am a feminist, because I believe in equal rights between genders. I feel like as a feminist we need to talk about the fact that there is only one clinic for abused men as opposed to 2000+ for women. We need abuse clinics for all people. We need the votes of men and women to restore women’s rights.

When I was younger and didn’t have to care about politics, I would see Ruth Bader Ginsburg on TV and think “politician”. Now I know, and I wish we had someone as special as her. Someone who truly kept the judicial branch in line and accountable to the people. She was able to keep Alito in his place.
