I'm here, keeping things funky I guess
I really thought a year ago (same can be said for others, I guess) that Blue Sky would be the solution/escape for those who didn't like Elon Musk, Mark Zuck, and others. Maybe it's taking a while to catch on...thoughts anyone?

I had no idea Stereolab was still together, let alone touring

I saw a video about it the other day on YouTube (local news piece) and the guy wasn't sure if he would be able to stay afloat. Very sad indeed, as it looked like a cool place

I also had a lot of left field picks, but I'm with FRL contributor Jim C. that I've given up on the NomCom putting legendary deserving acts like Jethro Tull, Guess Who and a bunch of others. Then again I said the same about Chubby. Jane's Addiction & the Pixies I almost put on there as well

is seemingly everywhere nowadays. I'll repeat a lot that I've said in the past: he has outlasted many that he parodied, and he's made the most of retaining his fanbase for decades and gaining generations of fans. He's also got a huge tour coming up. No new recent music, at this point he's a legend.

They've been talking about this for a few years and I hope it happens soon. Side note: at another nearby parking garage by Ballpark Village is the burial site of Chief Pontiac, which is marked with a plaque
