When we have a country (Ireland) essentially declaring full employment - but for the 600K with disabilities unemployment is a huge issue. Less than 18% of those with sight loss are employed.

The EEOC is investigating a Disability Discrimination suit brought against Walmart. Two deaf employees requested sign language interpreters but were denied due to affordability and had them receive information from a supervisor with limited knowledge of ASL.
