It's the original. I've been dumping my own sounds on the sd cards after editing them on the computer. One thing I wish it did was drum kits. As it stands now it's just one sample chromatically when played by an external controller.

Well they kinda already did. They shoehorned a sampler function into their Linn Drum clone.

I keep thinking about that one too. But I've been building my setup around the Polyend Play as my main sequencer. So having to work around another sequencer seems redundant.
Keep thinking of getting an S2000 in a fit of nostalgia, but then I'd need a gotek or scsiPi to bring it up to speed.
