A scene from the animated movie "The Emperor's New Groove" used as a meme. In the original scene, Emperor Kuzco is explaining to Patcha his plan to destroy his village to build "Kuzcotopia" by smashing an especially "extra" model of a castle on top of Patcha's mountain, destroying his family's home. Patcha's village is relabeled as Gaza initially until it is destroyed where it becomes "Riviera of the Middle East". Kuzco is renamed Trump and Patcha represents "Everyone else" as he looks on in horror.

A letter dated January 4, 2025 from the McMath-Hulbert Astronomical Society. The header includes the address PO Box 82455, Rochester, MI 48308-2455 and a wide picture of the observatory towers against a horizon. The body of the letter reads "Dear Jason, You have previously been a member of the McMath-Hulbert Astronomical Society (MHAS), and we would like to invite you to renew your membership. Our mission is: "The McMath-Hulbert Astronomical Society is dedicated to the preservation, maintenance and development of the historic McMath-Hulbert Observatory in Lake Angelus, Michigan, to provide a setting for astronomical, scientific, and educational activities that will benefit the larger community." The [observatory] in Lake Angelus, Michigan is privately owned, and MHAS had assisted in the preservation of the structures and equipment for over 25 years. The owner has indicated that he would like to divest from ownership and has unfortunately padlocked the observatory. Despite the lack of access, the MHAS is continually exploring avenues for achieving our Mission, and we are actively pursuing collaborations with other local historical groups in an attempt to preserve this historical observatory. The MHAS has worked for the last three years on research and submission of applications for including the [observatory] on the National Register of Historic Places. In September the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office encouraged MHAS to; "...continue with the National Register nomination process so that this important place may be listed..." As a 501(c)3 non-profit, we are hopeful that our efforts may be successful and ultimately result in the transfer of ownership to a public or private entity having an intent of preservation. Due to the current circumstances imposed by the owner, our membership is currently inadequate to sustain an organization with the goals we've set for ourselves, and for that reason we invite you to rejoin MHAS. We need members with interests that mirror our Mission and can help provide input into how we might achieve our goals. Members can be as active or inactive as they are comfortable. We are unable to offer members the unforgettable experience of visiting the [observatory], but with your help we hope the public may gain access in the future. I am enclosing a membership application that you can mail in if you are interested, and you can pay the dues by check or through PayPal (our PayPal account is: info@McMathHulbert.org). Our dues structure runs January 1st on a yearly basis, and the rate is $25.00 per year or part of the year.
