This just in (from Politico PRO)—Mayor Adams has left funding for NYC's universal 3K program out of the proposed budget. This program was (in my mind) de Blasio's signature achievement. A game changer. What a blow to kids, parents, families, and communities it will be if this doesn't get funded.
