FTA, if pneumonia rate from measles is 1 in 20 infections with modern care, that's a lot more selection for antibiotic resistance in hospital settings, given the 3M childhood measles cases a year before MMR was available.
If the death rate for that pneumonia goes to 0.001, that's 150 kids a year.
