I need to have better form so I will reduce weights on my deadlifts.
Remember to train your core too as it's important for most workouts.

I usually also do leg days twice a week, 1 day dedicated for quads, and 1 day for hamstrings. Both days, I do calves.

I do most of my lifts to failure or close to failure EXCEPT compound exercises like deadlifts as thr fatigue buildup is high.
I also supplement my leg days with my shoulder workouts.
