I did it 🙌🏽 I’m taking this week day by day given the intensity, but I get to cross off Thursday 😄

I thought I’d reduce it to a 5K, but this week’s 10K streak lives on 🥳

First time I went for a long run at a much lower heart rate than I’m used to. Also the last long run before my first marathon in Copenhagen 🇩🇰 two weeks from now! 😌
