The NCAA enforcement arm is separate from the legal arm that is focusing on the "future of the sport." Those offices are filled with more than five guys in suits, a secretary, and their office hamster. They can enforce rules that protect the integrity of the game, in addition to the other issues.

If the NCAA does nothing, you call them spineless. If the NCAA reacts swiftly and harshly, you would call them unjust. Now, as they near the end of a year-plus long investigation, you're just here clamoring for it be over because you can't stand it?
