Vyvanse didn't really work for me. I can get things done on Adderall, but it makes me a grumpy asshole and I was barely eating. Moved to Focalin and that has been magic for me personally.

Besides Plex apps and Home Assistant, probably NextCloud. Having all my storage synced is great. I use some apps like Deck in NextCloud. Having photos from phone auto upload to server when I'm home is really nice.
Dokuwiki and Netbox always come in handy.
