Intentionally left blank.
Thanks for the heads up. Even though we don’t live in the area, we just double checked our records and both our dogs are up to date on their vaccines.

Looks like a dahlia.

I was entertained by the coincidence.

Phone isn’t the sole way to open my lock.

I get it though.

That’s not trivial.
November 23, 2024 at 6:55 PM
Trivial? I’m game, you have a link to a trivial exploit?

No “pissing contest” intended. Just not sure why you looked down on using your phone to unlock your house.

Auto relock is nice, so is the ability to limit codes for people like contractors to daytime hours, and phone notifications of when the door gets unlocked. I also like the ability to check if my door is locked from work gives me peace of mind (very slight OCD).

I’m not aware of anything except the Kwikset “Smartkey” which rekeys with a tool. Schlage had one but AFAIK was deemed to be infringing on Kwikset’s IP.
November 23, 2024 at 6:21 PM
Please don’t tell me you have a Kwikset.
November 23, 2024 at 6:15 PM
But you do you. Everyone has their own priorities.

I can revoke access to someone I no longer want to have access to my house. Keys can be easily duplicated without your knowledge as well.
November 23, 2024 at 6:12 PM
I’ve also seen keys fail.
November 23, 2024 at 6:07 PM
Why don’t you enlighten us?
November 23, 2024 at 6:03 PM
You have to be joking if you think that a smart lock is the weak point in your home security.
November 23, 2024 at 5:49 PM
Boot-lickers as RFK jr would call them.
November 21, 2024 at 5:15 PM
Are you having issues watching the fight too?
