They definitely can differ sufficiently in scale! I experienced a "good" earthquake (relatively speaking) in Japan, where everything just shook for a few minutes, but there was no damage. Contrast with the Christchurch NZ earthquake that devastated the city...

BUT where you (northern hemisphere) see the shadow on the left, we (southern hemisphere) see it on the right. That I didn't know, and only found out by researching. :)

Remember that it takes the moon 28 days to orbit the Earth, and the Earth is spinning on its axis every 24 hours. That means we're all seeing the moon in the same position relative to the Earth, and so the Earth's shadow on the moon (determining its phase) looks the same to us all.

How about that. Thank the gods that it has evolved into chocolate. 😀

It really, really is. Literally Middle Earth. The green rolling hills really appeal to me on some deep level. I could live there quite happily, I found myself thinking several times. Except for the earthquakes and occasional volcanic eruption, anyway. 😀

It most likely originated in the US, and somehow (tragically) it's migrated to NZ. It was a weird taste, and my preference remains for good 'ol chocolate.

I did try it with cinnamon once. Even though I'm generally a cinnamon fan, it really didn't work on a cappuccino. As you say, it's chocolate, period.

It's no masterpiece, but something about it was just fun.

I'll have to watched the animated version now. I haven't been that impressed with live action remakes.

It's old, and the sets and special effects are terrible, though the costumers were magnificent. But mate, it's a great series. I watched it was I was in my teens, so terribly long ago. Best I don't spoil those memories now. 😀

I hadn't heard of Gatcha games until I started watching some of Asmongold's videos. Not my thing, but I understand they're really popular!
