I'm angry at the people (Democrats) who say they will fight for us but they always cave

obviously you do not get ACA subsidies so you have no idea how much they help those of us who do.

oh I see now, ok so this is a choice for you between who gets to suffer and who does not, let me tell that to the mother who can't afford her child's $7000 a month life saving medication. I'm sure she will feel better after I pass on your logic.

When you trade away ACA subsidies just to reopen the gov’t with no guarantees, that’s a cave. Calling it strategy doesn’t make the surrender any smarter.

“compassion and logic” is about thinking the GOP cares about helping people with insurance costs, it was about trying to use those tools on people (MAGA) who respond only to cruelty and chaos. You can’t reason someone out of a delusion they worship.

Funny how calling out bad strategy is “being dramatic.” SNAP and paychecks matter, yes, but so do millions losing healthcare. If you think the GOP feels “on the spot,” you haven’t been watching them for the last decade. They thrive on getting away with it.
