Please, this country was literally founded by people that realized talking only works when the other side is listening. There are people in this country that don't enjoy the privilege that you and I do, who are literally fighting to live. When you back those people into a corner, bad things happen.

The other side isn't lowering the temperature. They let the dog of the chain and it bit them instead. They don't get my sympathy. They don't get my "thoughts and prayers." I stopped believing in their humanity a long time ago. I'm going to go to bed tonight and not think about them at all.
