I would most certainly be described as ‘obstructive’, ‘challenging’, ‘hostile’, ‘argumentative’, ‘dismissive’, ‘lack insight’… I’d say I was being assertive, protective, wanting clarity, wanting assessment not assumption, ensuring I’m heard, making clear the root cause is not that.
