i really thought yesterday it was going to be one of those instances where they all said we will “go home and sleep on it and we will announce our verdict in the AM”

i guess not.

it’s too much. Im hoping maybe her homeowners’ insurance policy at the time might offer her coverage to help alleviate all the bills
June 17, 2025 at 10:35 PM
KR will still have to fight the civil suit, so maybe they’ll have to stay hushed a little longer.
June 17, 2025 at 9:41 PM
Mine too. I hope Welcher was watching 🤣

I didn’t have a chance to watch AJ’s closing until 9 pm last night and maybe it was the glass of wine speaking but don’t know how not one person in the entire courtroom broke out into a roaring applause after he conceded.

(liking this in agreement with you)

It 100% is. Need to remind myself to channel this investment into something once she is acquitted.

was talking to an engineer who prepares reports for litigation. he hasn’t had to testify at trial or dep yet (but eager to) and was asking for general (non case specific) advice on how to prep for one day having to. I am going to send them Wolfe and Rentschler on the stand versus the aperture guys
June 11, 2025 at 10:42 PM
I haven’t been able to stream the trial live since early last week because work got busy, but I may actually listen to this cross on my drive home to hear how bad
June 11, 2025 at 10:35 PM
i sincerely hope nothing bad happens to him after today
June 3, 2025 at 11:25 PM
not currently watching (just scrolling for updates and will catch up tonight) BUT I’ve said “this is it” in the same context like 10 times this year alone

the Constitution was written in Philadelphia, but you’re not far off!.. Boston/Massachusetts was instrumental in supporting the revolution (at least as it was taught in schools, dont come for me telling me im wrong!)
June 3, 2025 at 6:00 PM
good to hear! I had to shut it off to make some calls, etc. but will play the audio on my drive home.
June 3, 2025 at 5:57 PM
the only thing that matters is how the jury perceives it.
I think she is honest and forthright, she speaks in a manner the jury/lay people can comprehend and not purposefully obtuse.
June 3, 2025 at 4:31 PM
thats all you can do. if your reports are credible and the data is sound, they speak for themselves.
May 30, 2025 at 4:04 PM
where is this gif from??
May 30, 2025 at 2:30 PM
can’t wait to catch up. stuck on a call for my day job (versus my KR watching job)
May 30, 2025 at 2:30 PM
granted im assuming he is neurodivergent, I don’t know if he really is.
if he isn’t, he is even worse. he is doing this with the ultimate goal of convincing jurors that he believes this woman belongs in prison
May 29, 2025 at 8:16 PM
agree!
as a neurodivergent person, I understand the compulsion to fidget, but as an attorney with deep respect for the courtroom, it’s super disrespectful. ive trained myself and taken the steps i need to as an adult to do my job and represent my clients. i found him to be super disrespectful
