A reminder…. We have a publicly funded healthcare system in the US administered by the government highly regulated US hospital systems and insurance companies that are ‘too big to Fail’ pseudogovernment entities….

It was really hard to decide between being an orthopedic surgeon or a dictator after medical school.. I chose orthopedic surgery, but I feel like I would’ve been a pretty good dictator.

Second, although we all speak of it, very few of us have a true understanding of the amount of chemical and ionized radiation exposure we are exposed to.
