I know! Seriously. The hypocrisy of these ‘steadfast rules’ (that change or are never communicated) is infuriating.

We at WTC are in the crosshairs of all of this. Funding reduced by 85% after completely changing the rules during the process. We have all been vetted by a very thorough application. Just a stupid power trip.
