I tend to agree. Monty is too inconsistent. It may be that I’m subconsciously wishing he would become CP. Not really fair.

I find he plays better when he needs to earn his playing time. More competition. J. Dobes needs to play more and give him that. Problem (good problem) is we’re fighting for the playoffs. MSL is trying to mitigate risk. Ultimately he is a back up goalie IMO.

I don’t think the offside rule was put in place for plays like this.
They nullified an exciting “jump out of you seat” moment because they feel they have no autonomy on the decision they deemed a goal.
