This week’s weather has pretty much put and end to most fall colors. At least where I am. I’ll be looking back on this fall for a long time, these two shots were taken from the same spot, looking up and down stream. They’re two of my favorite shots from this autumn.

I haven’t made it to Jonsrud Viewpoint for a fall sunrise this year; and something tells me that window is closing rapidly if not already shut. This fall morning last year left a lasting impression.
