"Ruinous" sounds bad, but "ruinous for British politics" is maybe not such a bad thing. "British Politics" actually needs to be rebuilt.

that may be so, but it is not made clear...

...nor do we know if that graphic is accurate on size - as no source is cited...

although I am no ot fan of Trump or his unilateral decision making on this, the image shown is patently not accurate, the ballroom in on the east wing, look at a map, people, or this handy graphic #smh

...Will more people watch? Maybe, but for the wrong reasons. Raise the profile of doubles (and the players) rather than destroying it.

...you might as well replace the the Royal Ballet or London Symphony Orchestra with pop stars.

Not only do these rich tennis players not need more money, you are taking it out of the hands of the experts who put blood sweat and tears into qualifying.

Not saying this song is not popular, but that young people are more siloed than previous generations...

I think I would recognise 95% of 80's #1's, whereas a song that gets 525 million streams is still not cracking the wider consciousness...

Neither of my two teen daughters knew, so it is also the splintered nature of youth today... the "charts" are topped by pathetic numbers of streams/sales...

For my sector (industrial heat) we also see the use of the higher heating value for gas energy content: while many boilers have condensers, very few ovens, dryers, evaporators, sintering kilns, etc. do. There's 10%+ right there...

Plus for drying in particular, wet flue gas is not ideal!

The fact that Starmer's solution to populism to become a populist is doubly depressing...

What happened to the Britain on 2012? Emboldened xenophobes are still a minority and it seems our politicians are too scared to test this fact.

As another who waited in the hallowed halls in Croydon, I feel similarly, very well said. It's so sad to think of the 2012 Olympics and all that has happened since...

As sad as I am at the answers, I am glad at the questions.
