I'm taking a break from work! What a privilege—and a scare! For the next 3 1/2 months, I'll be out of the office spending time with my baby daughter. I'm equally excited and unsettled.

Started reading @sarahedo.bsky.social 's engineering management for the rest of us for the tech management book club at work. Super excited to learn from someone who seem to have similar values but a very different perspective than me 🤔🧠

I'll be changing roles from managing ICs to managing manager. If you have any recommendations for learning resources, tips & tricks or similar I'd be happy to hear about it.

Just received the feedback from a 360 review of myself. So many interesting perspectives and good points that I wasn't conscious about before. Asking for other people's pov on yourself and the work you do is a super powerful way to learn. I'd highly recommend doing it!

Hi everybody 👋
I'm Jesper, tech manager and food geek from Denmark.
Expect a mix of food and cooking related topics (maybe in Danish) as well as thoughts and resources for running a tech team (in English).
Come say hi.
