Last month saw a massive spike in visits to my website, mainly to Spekr. Still getting high numbers now. No idea what caused it. The custom analytics I created for the site does not track where visits come from as I respect user privacy. Anyone know what caused the spike? #spekr

Govnr has now launched on the JarickWorks website. Govnr is a simple political text-based game that attempts to accurately simulate the role of a political leader. Give it a try. I welcome feedback and bug reports. jarick.works/govnr/

Just completed another optimisation of the JarickWorks website. Search and random images in sidebar now load much faster. Instead of running the function on every page load (which is no longer efficient), it now runs once daily, with data from the function stored in SQLite.

Just completed another optimisation of the JarickWorks website. Search and random images in sidebar now load much faster. Instead of running the function on every page load (which is no longer efficient), it now runs once daily, with data from the function stored in SQLite.
Made some performance optimisations to the JarickWorks website. Pages and search should load faster now.

The rebranded JarickWorks website is now live. Spekr and Freeblr are available. Anaarkei and Beagle should be ready by the end of January. I plan to have Govnr ready by mid 2025.
