I wrote this on how right-wing courts are using a "equal application theory" to attack trans rights. Equal application theory has been used to criminalize interracial relationships, maintain bans on gay marriage, justify jury discrimination, and uphold pregnancy discrimination.

I wrote this on how right-wing courts are using a "equal application theory" to attack trans rights. Equal application theory has been used to criminalize interracial relationships, maintain bans on gay marriage, justify jury discrimination, and uphold pregnancy discrimination.
