Anyone a runner familiar with GPX files that has also loaded iOS or iPadOS 26 yet? Curious if the system knows how to handle GPX files finally and not ready to jump into the betas to find out.

@dcrainmaker.com any if how long the battery lasts in the Garmin HRM 600? I am assuming it’s 60 days at 1 hour per day, so 60 hours? And there is a setting for battery saver that reduces the LED flashes, how much does that setting save?

I finished Cocodona in just over 84 hours in 2023. What Dan Green just did in 58:47 and with just a reported 15 minutes of sleep, blows my mind. #cocodona250

After I finished the Cocodona 250 in 2023, my wife (and crew chief) banned me from racing in AZ….really tempted to break that ban in 2026 #cocodona250

The Cocodona 250 starts today. Not racing this year, but this race has replaced Western States as my must follow event of the year. So excited for those runners and the live stream. LFG! #cocodona250

the snow won’t melt. My 50k this weekend is postponed/maybe cancelled. And there is another 15 inches of snow on the forecast. 😐

Two concerts into 2025 and holding tickets for 3 more. I got so focused on training and *waves hands around* that I stopped going to live shows as much as I used two. But this is therapy and time well spent.

I typically dread the treadmill. But the last couple weeks I have been doing Vo2 Max and tempo efforts on the treadmill at an incline. These workouts are killer and I have actually been enjoying them.
