Clothes are so hard to make! Patterns and the fabrics that are proper, plus to make cute graphic shirts we need a screen printer or fabric paint! And that's not even getting started on how impossible it is to make pants...

I wouldn't say it at work to a boss or to a coworker (unless I knew them very well) or to my parents. It's also usually said about something you have no expectation will change (e.g. my dog will ALWAYS be stubborn, so she is incorrigible)

It can be kids, pets, or friends, said in a joking kind of way. In this case, I think it fits because he's giving the other guy a hard time about his behavior. "You're incorrigible!" (You're too stubborn/never satisfied/still misbehaving after all these years/etc.)

My dog is, and always will be, incorrigible because she's too stubborn for her own good. 😂 It comes from the French "incorrigible" which means "unable to be corrected", but in English I think we use it to describe behavior most?
