I wish our local hospital would communicate by email when sending out appointments! The post is so slow that by the time a letter arrives the appointment is just a few days away.

That’s very worrying. I donated to a crowdfunder on Unbound several months ago - I hope the book gets published, and the author and artist get their money!!
