Closest spacecraft to 3I will be the ones around Mars.. But at ~0,2 AU during comet's closest approach, it will still look to them just as a fuzzy dot, maybe with a tale. Unless it udergoes a major outburst.. Then it will be a bright fuzzy dot : )
