Retired cabbie. Gramma. Owner of pocket puppies. I write. Fiercely liberal. Don't follow me unless you are going to interact with me. Also, don't follow me.

Nope. Just because he held his finger up to see which way the wind is blowing ain't no indicator that he's improved. He's reading the room, or rather, he's reading his constituents, and they ain't none too happy with him.
We're talking about a guy who sent this out for Xmas

This is an early self portrait. I couldn't find the other one, but this gives you some idea of his vision.

My partner/spouse's nephew and his mom in Lexington, KY, where he is participating in the governor's art project. He won the opportunity to do this because his artwork is brilliant. What a gorgeous, wonderful young man! We are all proud of him!

For some reason, I couldn't share the photo in chat so I'm doing it here. This is my partner/spouse's nephew, Aiden with his mom, Laura. Aiden was adopted from Ethiopia as a baby. Isn't he GORGEOUS! He's a brilliant artist, currently participating in a governor's art project in Lexington. So proud!

I live in his hometown, and have been to his grave site in Cave Hill Cemetery. When his memorial was held here, I was still cabbing, and I had a wonderful passenger-the ambassador from Bangladesh-who praised Ali for all the contributions he made to his own nation, and to the world.

I knew she would get pardoned. Pig.
On a lighter note, this was taken years back, but I still have the towel.

This isn't on my phone. I took it several years ago when I was still cabbing in Madison, WI. Middle of winter, around 4am, waiting to pick up fare to airport. In parking lot, I see this birch tree, stark white against a clear black sky with the moon behind it. I thought it would be a great shot.
