I'm 78 yo and angry beyond measure at my dear countries' current mess. I'm a liberal Democratic, former republican until the tea party came along. Born & raised in Oklahoma when they were smarter. Proud member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
We had a stacking bell ornament. The cat would get in the tree, it would ring and everyone in the house would yell, get out off the tree. After awhile she quit trying.

I always wear a mask when I fly. On another note I just got back from getting my flu and Covid shots.

I was in my 40's and in early menopause. I could not longer control my thoughts or my emotions. Broke down at work. My boss got me help immediately. So very grateful to her. Enter therapy but you never really 'move on'. I'm 79 now.
